- Pour: The Inversion pours a hazy, golden yellow hue with a billowy, 2-finger, bright white head with great retention and lots of delicate lacing.
- Nose: Hop-forward, the nose is citrusy, fruity, earthy, and slightly malty. There are aromas of grapefruit rind, orange zest, lemon zest, tangerine, mango, pineapple, light pine, wildflowers, crackery biscuit, and soft caramel/toffee.
- Taste: The taste of the Inversion follows the nose with floral, citrusy, tropical hop flavors along with more subtle malts. There are notes of pink grapefruit juice, tangerine, light mango, a hint of pear, light pine resin, Pale male, and soft caramel.
- Mouthfeel: Medium to full-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel of the Inversion is crisp and dry, slightly bitter, yet smooth finish.
