- Website: https://www.saltlakebrewingco.com/wasatch
- Brew: Holy Haze Hazy Pale Ale
- Style: New England Pale Ale / Hazy Pale Ale
- Serving: 12 ounce can
- ABV: 5.0%
- IBUs: 10
- Pour: The Holy Haze pours a very hazy, bright golden yellow hue with a bright white, 1+ finger head with great retention and lots of sticky, intricate lacing.
- Nose: The nose is citrusy, tropical, grainy, and malty. There are aromas of grapefruit juice and rind, tangerine, orange juice and peel, lime, mango, freshly cut pineapple, toasted bread, and light caramel.
- Taste: Like the nose, the taste of the Holy Haze is very citrusy, fruity, and malty. There are notes of pink grapefruit juice, orange juice, tangerine, lime, mango, bready malts, and soft toffee.
- Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and moderately carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp, juicy, and smooth with a dry, slightly bittersweet finish.
Overall pairing: The Wasatch Holy Haze is perfect for the complexities, boldness, and explosiveness of the power that is Leave's Eyes! Those bright, citrusy and fruity flavors go wonderfully well with the soaring music and hauntingly beautiful vocals of Siirala while the more aggressive hop flavors are great for Krull's growls and fiery guitars!
