  • Pour: The Big Brew Dunkel pours a clear, caramel-amber hue with a 1-finger, off-white, creamy head with good retention and sudsy lacing.
  • Nose: The nose is malty, sweet, and slightly nutty.  There are aromas of freshly baked bread, roasted hazel nuts, and sweet caramel/toffee.
  • Taste: The taste of the Big Brew Dunkel follows the nose with notes of biscuity malts, roasted barley, toasted bread, light cola, and sweet caramel and toffee with very low bitterness.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and moderately carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Big Brew Dunkel is very smooth and with a clean, crisp finish.

Overall pairing: 
The 
Gossorino Brewing Big Brew Dunkel is very malty, smooth, and tasty brew... a great companion to Krokus's killer "The Blitz" album!  'Nuff said!
