  • Taste: Following the nose, the taste of the Rice For The Cure is a well-balanced blend of grassy hops and slightly sweet malts.  There are notes of rice cakes, crackery biscuit, light barley, toasted bread, light grassy hops, and very soft caramel/toffee.
  • Mouthfeel: Light-bodied and well carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp and smooth with a dry, clean finish.
  • Note: A portion of the proceeds from the Rice For The Cure go to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Overall pairing: The fun, fast-paced, polished hard rock sound of 1980s Rainbow deserves a bright, crushable brew... thus the delightful and very drinkable Rice For The Cure from the fine folks at Bewilder Brewing!  'Nuff said!

Rock on!!
