- Website: https://chappell.beer/
- Brew: Crispy Boi
- Style: Cerveza-ish Cream Ale
- Serving: 16 ounce can
- ABV: 5.0%
- Pour: The Crispy Boi pours a clear, bright golden-yellow hue with a billowy, eggshell white, half-finger head with great retention and lots of sticky, intricate spider web lacing.
- Nose: The nose is malty, grainy, and slightly sweet. There are aromas of bready malt, and a hint of honey.
- Taste: The taste follows the nose with malty, grainy, grassy flavors. There are notes of light citrus, biscuity malts, crackery biscuit, grassy hops, lemongrass, hints of apple, and a splash of honey.
- Mouthfeel: Light-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Crispy Boi is crisp, yet very smooth with a dry, clean finish.
Overall pairing: The Chappell Brewing Crispy Boi is a very drinkable and crushable lighter brew, but still complex and full of flavor... perfect brew to crush whilst rocking the hell out to the punchy, rockin' good fun of Sebastian Bach's killer "Child Within The Man" album!
Cheers!! Rock on!!
