Hey there rockers, rollers, and craft beer fanatics!  Happy Sunday!  The Meista here today with a pairing of The Rolling Stone's amazing 11th album, "Sticky Fingers" and a very bold and flavorful Sticky Sticky Wort Porch Black IPA from my friend Dwight at Gossorino Brewing!  Hell yeah!

  • Pour: The Sticky Sticky Wort Porch pours a deep, dark brown (almost ink black) with a 1-finger, creamy off-white head with great retention and sticky lacing.
  • Nose: The nose is hoppy, roasty, malty, and citrusy.  There are aromas of grapefruit rind, orange zest, black tea, roasted barley, dark roasted coffee, a hint of liquid smoke, and soft caramel.
  • Taste: Like the nose, the Sticky Wort Porch tastes hoppy, roasty, citrusy, and earthy.  There are notes of bitter grapefruit, orange pith, light coffee, bitter herbs, black tea, and soft, burnt toffee.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium to full-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel of the Sticky Sticky Wort Porch is crisp and bitter, yet hearty and smooth with a dry, slightly bitter finish.
