  • Brew: MPS Pilsner
  • Style: Pilsner

  • Pour: The MPS Pilsner pours a fairly clear, golden-yellow hue with a bright white, billowy, 1-finger head with good retention and lots of sticky, layered lacing.
  • Nose: The nose is bready, slightly fruity, grassy, and floral.  There are notes of cracked wheat, baked bread, light grassy hops, lemon zest, elderflower, and a hint of apple.
  • Taste: As with the nose, the flavor is grainy, floral, grassy, and bready.  There are notes of and grassy hops.
  • Mouthfeel: Light to medium-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel of the MPS Pilsner is very crisp and smooth with a clean finish.

Overall pairing: The crisp, easy drinking, yet delicious flavors and aromas of the KettleHouse MPS Pilsner is a great foil to the complexity and darker tones of Pearl Jam's classic "Ten"!  Those grassy and grainy notes go great with the harmonies and melodies!  'Nuff said!!

Cheers!!
