  • Pour: The Identity Crisis pours a slightly hazy, pale straw-yellow hue with a bright white, frothy, thin, yet sustained head with soapy lacing.
  • Nose: The nose is characterized by aromas of cracked wheat, freshly baked wheat bread, crackery biscuit, subtle fruit esters, a splash of honey, and light spices. 
  • Taste: Following the nose, the taste of the Identity Crisis is bready, malty, and slightly sweet.  There are flavors of bready malts, biscuits, a hint of ripe banana, and light caramel.
