Hello craft beer lovers and metal freaks!  Happy Sinday!  The Meista here today pairing "Sin Will Find You Out", the excellent, very underrated full-length debut studio album by Original Sin and a hoppy and delicious Sinday Pale Ale from Level Crossing Brewing Company!  Hell yeah!

• Pour: The Sinday pours a fairly clear, golden-orange hue with a billowing 2+ finger, off-white head with great retention and lots of intricate lacing.
• Nose: The nose is fruity, citrusy, floral, and herbal with lighter sweet malt notes.  There are aromas of tangerine, lime, grapefruit, guava, passion fruit, mango, wildflowers, herbal tea, crackery biscuit, and soft caramel.
• Taste: Following the nose, the taste of the Sinday is fruity, citrusy, and herbal.  There are notes of tangerine, pineapple, mango, guava, strawberries, lemon zest, iced tea, crackery biscuit, and soft caramel.
• Mouthfeel: Light to medium-bodied and moderately carbonation, the mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing, yet smooth with a dry, clean finish.

Overall pairing: The Sinday from Level Crossing Brewing is a crisp, juicy, and refreshing brew... a perfect beer to crush whilst pumping your fists and banging your head to the stellar metal attack of Original Sin's fantastic "Sin Wil Find You Out"!  'Nuff said!
