Good evening and happy Thursday rockers, rollers, and craft brew freaks!  The Meista here tonight rocking the hell out with a pairing of Steve Plunkett's "Turn Up The Radio 2025", which is a re-recording of "Sign In Please" the amazing debut album by his old band Autograph and a tasty and clean Party Time Cheve Mexican Style Lager from Wind River Brewing Company!  Hell yeah!  This pairing goes out to my buddy John Springer... thanks for the tasty beers my friend!  Cheers!

• Nose: The nose is grainy, malty, and slightly fruity.  There are aromas of crackery biscuit, cracked wheat, corn chips, a splash of citrus, and light honey.
• Taste: The taste of the Party Time Cheve follows the nose with grainy, grassy, and malty flavors.  There are notes of pale malts, cornmeal, light, grassy hops, a hint of lime, and a splash of honey. 
• Mouthfeel: Light-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Party Time Cheve is crisp and refreshing with a dry, clean finish.
