• Pour: Ink black with thick and frothy mocha head that dissipates quickly leaving only trace lacing.
• Nose: Rich and earthy, the nose of Mathias’s Main Ingredient Oatmeal Stout is characterized by aromas of dark chocolate, roasted malt, oats, caramel, vanilla, and espresso.
• Taste: Like the nose, the flavor is marked by rich chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt notes.  There are also flavors of vanilla bean, marshmallow, burnt toffee, and hearty bread.
• Mouthfeel: Smooth, rich, and somewhat creamy with just a hint of bitter, dry, hoppiness in the finish.  Mathias’s Main Ingredient Oatmeal Stout is medium-bodied with low carbonation.
