  • Taste: The taste of the Uprising is sweet, fruity, citrusy, hoppy, malty, and slightly tart.  There are big notes of candied apples, apricots, plums, lemon juice, orange zest, caramel/toffee, herbs, black tea, Belgian yeast, and booze.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel is sticky, a little boozy, and crisp with a dry and slightly bitter finish.
Overall pairing: The Uprising Trippel / IPA from Iron Fist Brewing Company is a big, bold, amped-up brew that demands nothing less than your full attention and a pairing with rock monsters Motörhead!  Those bitter and punchy hop flavors are perfect for the fast-paced aggression of "Iron Fist"... and the boozy kick makes it all the more on target with the sound and lifestyle of Lemmy and the boys!!

Cheers and hails!!
