Evenin' headbangers and craft brew fans!  The Meista here tonight pairing another great, underrated Jag Panzer album: 1998's "The Age Of Mastery" and a very tart and very delicious Super Juice Solution Sour IPA from Trinity Brewing Company!  YES!!

• Pour: The Super Juice Solution Sour IPA pours an effervescent, slightly hazy golden-peach hue with a 1-finger, frothy, bright white head that slowly dissipates to a sustained, thin film with soapy lacing.
• Nose: The nose is citrusy, fruity, grainy, lightly floral, earthy, and lightly malty.  There are aromas of lemon, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, light peach, a very subtle hint of pine resin, and a hint of wild flowers.
• Taste: The taste of the Super Juice Solution Sour IPA is very juicy, citrusy, tart, and grainy. There are notes of lemon juice and zest, tart green apple, white pepper, a hint of sea salt, and a hint of coriander.
• Mouthfeel: Light to medium-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp, very refreshing, smooth, and a tart with a dry, lip-puckering finish.

Overall pairing: Trinity's Super Juice Solution Sour IPA is a very drinkable, very sessionable, very satisfying brew... another great brew from the Colorado Springs brewery to compliment the power and might of the amazingly talented Jag Panzer!
