  • Ingredients: blending a New England IPA and a West Coast IPA, the 1 Part East 2 Parts West is made with El Dorado, Simcoe, and Comet hops
  • Pour: The 1 Part East 2 Parts West pours a very hazy caramel apple-amber with a frothy, eggshell, 1-finger firm head with great retention and lost of sticky, spider web lacing throughout.
  • Nose: The nose is citrusy, fruity, dank, and sweet.  There are aromas of grapefruit rind, tangerine, orange zest, mango, melon, pine resin, and light caramel.
  • Taste: The taste of the 1 Part East 2 Parts West is very citrusy, somewhat bitter, fruity, malty, and sweet.  There are notes of juicy pink grapefruit, mango, pine, herbal tea, bready malt, and soft caramel.  
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and moderately carbonated, the mouthfeel of the 1 Part East 2 Parts West is juicy, bitter, crisp, and very refreshing with a dry, slightly bitter finish.
