  • Brew: Noble Nectar (2018 Limited Release)
  • Style: Belgian Strong Pale Ale
  • Serving: 12 ounce can
  • ABV: 8.5%
  • Ingredients: Grains of paradise, Belgian yeast, spelt, honey
  • Pour: The Noble Nectar pours a hazy golden-yellow with a minimal off white head that quickly dissipates, leaving very little lacing.
  • Nose: The nose is sweet, yeasty, grainy, fruity, and spicy.  There are aromas of honey, Belgian yeast, cloves, pear juice, apple juice, soft banana, orange peel, lemon zest, and light grains.
  • Taste: The taste of the Noble Nectar is sweet, spicy, herbal, and a little boozy.  There are notes of sweet honey, cloves, nutmeg, orange peel, pear and apple cider, and toffee.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel is smooth, with a sweet, spicy, and slightly boozy (especially as it warms) finish that lingers.
Overall pairing: The Uinta Noble Nectar is a complex, yet very drinkable... a solid brew and great for pairing with the bombast, might, and musical prowess of Principium!

Cheers!!
