- Pour: The Resilience Pale Ale pours a clear, dark copper color with a 1-finger, frothy, bright white head with good sustain that dissipates to a thin, but sustained cap with light, soapy lacing.
- Nose: The nose is floral, herbal, earthy, and malty. There are aromas of grassy hops, pine resin, grapefruit rind, wild flowers, pale malt, barley, and soft caramel.
- Taste: The taste of the Resilience Pale Ale is malty, herbal, earthy, citrusy, and slightly spicy. There are notes of barley, crackery biscuit, grapefruit, tangerine, light peach, light pine, and a hint of honey and toffee/caramel with a peppery finish
- Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel is very crisp with a dry, peppery finish.
The Resilience Pale Ale is a wonderfully crushable and crisp pale ale with a little bit if peppery bite... perfect to slam down whilst pumping your fists and banging your head to Possessed amazing "Revelations Of Oblivion"! I highly recommend both the album and the brew! 'Nuff said!
