Good evening rockers, rollers, and hop-heads!  The Meista here tonight pairing the wonderful "Adventures Of The Imagination" by guitar virtuoso Michael Schenker and a crisp and juicy Adventures In IPA (2020 Batch #8) from the fine folks at Talisman Brewing Company!  Hell yeah!

• Pour: The Adventures In IPA pours a very hazy, bright golden-yellow with a frothy, 2+ finger bright white head with great retention and lots of sticky, intricate lacing.
• Nose: The nose is fruity, citrusy, dank, floral, herbal, and malty.  There are aromas of grapefruit rind, orange peel, tangerine, lemon zest, mango, pineapple, light pine resin, herbal tea, summer grass, wild flowers, and caramel.
• Taste: The taste of the Adventures In IPA follows the nose with lots of fruity (tropical and citrusy), herbal, and malty flavors.  There are notes of juicy pink grapefruit, orange, tangerine, mango, pineapple, guava, a touch of pine, fresh herbs, crackery biscuit, and light toffee.  
• Mouthfeel: Medium to full in body and moderately carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Adventures In IPA is crisp, somewhat slick, and sharp with a dry, slightly bitter finish.

Overall pairing: The Talisman Adventures In IPA is a very crushable, citrusy, and slightly bitter brew... great for the amazing guitar acrobatics and beautiful tones of the mighty Schenker!!  'Nuff said!
