  • Pour: The E9 Tacoma Brew pours a clear, golden yellow hue with a frothy, bright white, 1+ finger head that slowly dissipates to a thin, yet sustained ring with lots of sudsy lacing.
  • Nose: The nose is bready, doughy, grassy, and slightly sweet.  There are aromas of crackery biscuit, cracked wheat, sourdough bread, grassy hops, lemon zest, a hint of apple, and a hint of fresh honey.
  • Taste: The taste of the E9 Tacoma Brew is similar to the nose with lots of crackery grains, sourdough bread, grassy hops, zesty lemon, and a hint of earthy honey.
  • Mouthfeel: Light-bodied and well carbonated, the mouthfeel is crisp, smooth, and refreshing with a clean finish.

Overall pairing: The crisply refreshing, light, and very crushable flavors and aromas of the E9 Tacoma Brew are great for a late afternoon/early evening brew... most especially when rockin' to the wonderful warmth, complexity, and depth of the amazing "Imaginos II: Bombs Over Germany (Minus Zero And Counting)" by Albert Bouchard!
