Brew Info:

- Website: https://www.bombasticbrewing.com/
- Brew: Puddle Pale Ale with Citra Hops
- Style: American Pale Ale (APA)
- Serving: 16 ounce can
- ABV: 5.0%
- IBUs: 31
- Pour: The Puddle Pale pours a hazy, bright golden yellow with a fairly thin, but firm, bright white head with light, soapy lacing.
- Nose: The nose is citrusy, fruity, floral, and malty. There are aromas of grapefruit rind, tangerine, pineapple, mango, light pine resin, pale grains, cereal grains, crackery biscuit, summer grass, and soft caramel.
- Taste: Following the nose, the taste of the Puddle Pale is hoppy, citrusy, grainy, grassy, and slightly sweet. There are notes of barley grain, and soft caramel.
- Mouthfeel: Medium in body with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel is very crisp and smooth with a rather clean, yet slightly bitter finish.
Overall pairing: The very crushable, crisp, hoppy, and malty flavors and aromas of the Puddle Pale Ale are the perfect beer for an evening of heavy duty headbanging with Destruction's killer "Diabolical"! The bitter, hoppy notes are great for the aggressive machine gun fire guitars and drums, while the sweeter malt aromas and flavors are a great foil to Schmier's gravely and angry vocals!
And make sure to catch Destruction out on tour right now, with Nervosa if you can! Killer show!! You won't be sorry!!
Prost!! Hails!!
