Guten tag and happy Thursday headbangers and artisan brew lovers!  Herr Meista here today rocking the hell out to Tankard's latest killer album, "Pavlov's Dawgs" and a tasty Das Fest from the fine folks at Revision Brewing Company!  Hell yeah!  And this pairing goes out to my very good friends Jason and Sonia... thanks so very much for the tasty beer, buddies!!

• Pour: The Das Fest pours a clear, golden-yellow with a very thin, eggshell white head with good retention and very light lacing.
• Nose: The nose is malty, toasty, biscuity, slightly floral, herbal, and sweet.  There are aromas of toasted bread, roasted malts, light barley, wildflowers, a hint of apple, and sweet caramel.
• Taste: Following the nose, the taste of the Das Fest is characterized by toasty and malty flavors. There are notes of bready and roasted malts, sweet biscuit, light spices and herbs, light apple, and caramel/toffee.
• Mouthfeel: Light to medium-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel of the is very smooth and crisp with a dry, mildly bitter finish.

Overall pairing: The Revision Das Fest is an incredibly smooth, tasty, and crushable brew... perfect to slam whilst headbanging to the great German thrashers Tankard and their kickass album "Pavlov's Dawgs"!  'Nuff said!
