  • Nose: The nose is floral, earthy, citrusy, and slightly malty.  There are aromas of wet pine needles, wildflowers, grapefruit rind, orange zest, and soft caramel.
  • Taste: The taste of the 10 Ton Truck is a classic blend of earthy, citrusy, herbal, and malty flavors.  There are notes of pine resin, grapefruit, tangerine, orange pith, herbal tea, light caramel/toffee, and a hint of white pepper in the finish.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel is crisp and clean with a dry, slightly bitter finish.

Overall pairing: The SaltFire 10 Ton Truck is a classic, complex, punchy, yet crushable brew... great for the metal intensity that is Sacrifice's amazing "Forward to Termination"!  Those biting hop notes go great with overall power and intensity of the album while the sweeter malt notes go great with the soaring guitar work!  'Nuff said!
