  • BrewFruited Pucker Sour Series Sour Ale (Tart Apple)
  • Style: Sour Ale
  • Serving: 12 ounce can
  • ABV: 4.6%
  • Pour: The UTOG Fruited Pucker pours a hazy golden-yellow hue with a bright white, thin head that dissipates to a thin ring with light lacing.
  • Nose: The nose is fruity, citrusy, floral, grainy, and tart.  There are aromas of tart green apple, lemon juice and zest, wildflowers, sourdough bread, a touch of honey, and crackery biscuit.
  • Taste: The taste follows the nose with well-balanced flavors of very tart fruit and some light bready and sweet malts.  There are notes of Granny Smith apple juice, lemon juice, light apple cider vinegar, sourdough bread, and a hint of honey and caramel.
  • Mouthfeel: Light to medium-bodied and well carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp and very tart with a clean, slightly sweet finish.

Overall pairing: The UTOG Pucker Time is a tart, crushable, flavorful brew... perfect for the rockin' grooves of Kiss!  Those punchy, tart flavors go great with rock and roll punch!  Pucker up, buttercup!  'Nuff said!

Cheers!!  Rock on!!
