  • Brew: Extroversa Quick Sour
  • Style: Sour Ale / Fruited Beer
  • Serving: 16 ounce can
  • ABV: 5.0%
  • Ingredients: Guava, red prickly pear, and lime juices
  • Pour: The Extroversa pours a very murky peachy pink hue with a billowy and thick, 2+ finger, off-white head with great retention and lots of sudsy lacing.
  • Nose: Fruit forward, the nose is tropical, citrusy, sweet, and sour.  There are aromas of guava, passion fruit, lime zest and juice, lemon zest, prickly pear, kiwi, a hint of oak, and a hint of honey.
  • Taste: The taste is like the nose: fruity, tart, and slightly sweet.  There are notes of guava, prickly pear, sour apple, lime juice, lemon juice, agua fresca, light cereal grains, and light honey.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Extroversa is very crisp, juicy, and tart, yet smooth with a slightly sweet finish.

Overall pairing: With the hairspray-fueled, heavy-duty rock and roll of "Telephone Love Affair", you need a brew that has complexity and big flavor along with refreshing drinkability!  Thus, the Extroversa Quick Sour from Offset Bier Company!  The bright, fruity flavors of the brew is a great complimentary beverage to the fun, fast, and rockin' style of V.A.M.P.!  'Nuff said!

Cheers!!
