- Pour: Cloudy golden-amber with a thin, off-white head that leaves a soft ring around the edges.
- Nose: The nose is full of vege and spice notes with more subtle malts and hops. There are aromas of pumpkin pie mix, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, and pumpkin bread.
- Taste: The flavor, like the nose is chalk full of spices (cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice), hints of brown sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin!
- Mouthfeel: Light-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel is fairly smooth, crisp, and refreshing with a spicy, slightly dry finish that leaves some nice, lingering nutmeg notes and a slight bitterness.
