- Pour: It pours a hazy golden orange with a thin, white head that dissipates quickly leaving only trace lacing.
- Nose: The nose is citrusy, grassy, piney, and sweet. There are aromas of grapefruit rind and juice, lemon zest, summer grass, soft caramel, and cedar.
- Taste: The flavor follows the aromas; grassy and spicy hops abound. These grassy and hoppy flavors mingle with sweet caramel and biscuit.
- Mouthfeel: Incredibly crisp and refreshing, the mouthfeel is initially sharp, but smooths to an almost creamy finish. It is rather dry and finishes clean.
Proost... Gezondheid!!
