  • Taste: The taste of the Southern Alps White IPA is like the nose... citrusy, zesty, spicy, fruity, and lightly malty. There are notes of orange, lemon, grapefruit, mango, coriander, lemongrass,
  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation, the mouthfeel is crisp, slightly frothy, and tingly, with a dry, clean finish.

Overall pairing: The Southern Alps White IPA from Moa Brewing is a bright, crisp, refreshing, and complex brew that goes great with the upbeat rockin' punch of WEY!  The coupling of those fruit notes along with the Belgian flavors are perfect for the intricacies and foot-stomping melodies of the very talented cats in WEY!  If you are local, check this band out live!!

Cheers!!  Rock on!!
