• Pour: The UTOG Kölsch pours a slightly hazy, bright straw-yellow with a frothy, bright white 1+ finger head with good retention and lots of intricate, sticky, and layered lacing.
• Nose: The nose is characterized by light toasted grains, grassiness, and light hops and fruitiness.  There are aromas of summer grass, hay, light pepper, and a hint of lemon zest.
• Taste: The taste of the UTOG Kölsch follows the nose with light crackery, slightly fruity, and hoppy flavors.  There are notes of crackery biscut, toasted sourdough bread, grassy hops, a hint of apple, and a hint of lemon.
• Mouthfeel: Light-bodied and well-carbonated, the UTOG Kölsch is crisp, smooth, and refreshing with a clean, dry finish.
