Hey there head-bangers and hop-heads!  Happy Friday!  Let's get this weekend started off right with a pairing of Van Halen's classic, ass-kicker "Women And Children First" with an Everybody Wants Some!! Double India Pale Ale from Hoof Hearted  Brewing Company!  This pairing goes out to my friends Sonia and Jason... cheers buddies and thanks for the beers!!

• Pour: The Everybody Wants Some!! pours a very cloudy golden-orange/yellow with a frothy, 1-finger, off-white head that dissipates fairly quickly and leaves virtually no lacing.
• Nose: Aromas of orange peel, orange juice, tangerine, grapefruit rind, mango, wild flowers, cannabis, fresh herbs, and a hint of caramel  characterize the nose of the Everybody Wants Some!!.
• Taste: The Everybody Wants Some!! is a really nice blend of the citrus, herbs, and .  There are notes of orange juice, orange pith, grapefruit, pineapple, bitter herbs, green hops, white pepper, and a very slight hint of toffee.
• Mouthfeel: Moderately-carbonated, this medium-bodied IPA is very crisp, very refreshing, a bit sharp, yet very drinkable wiht a dry, biting finish.

Overall pairing: The crisp, complex, and punchy, yet very drinkable character of the Everybody Wants Some!! Double India Pale Ale is perfect for the rockin' goodtime late '70s early '80s feeling of "Women And Children First"!
