Good evening!  Your pal the Meista here tonight pairing a tasty Wilson West Side IPA from Roadhouse Brewing Company and "The Grand Pecking Order", the debut album by "supergroup" Oysterhead, which is 18 years old today!  This pairing is dedicated to my smart, funny, sexy, amazing beautiful wife!!  Cheers baby!

    • Pour: The Wilson West Side IPA pours a hazy, bright yellow-gold with a frothy, 2-finger bright white head with great retention and lots of sticky, intricate lacing.
    • Nose: The nose is citrusy, tropical, earthy, and malty.  There are aromas of grapefruit rind, tangerine, orange pith, mango, pineapple, stone fruit, herbal tea, pine resin, biscuit, and soft caramel.
    • Taste: The taste of the Wilson West Side IPA follows the nose with lots of citrus, tropical fruit, pine, and light malt flavors.  There are notes of pink grapefruit, orange juice, tangerine, lime, mango, melon, peach, pine, grassy hops, sweet biscuit, and light toffee.
    • Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is very crisp, juicy, and smooth with a dry, slightly bitter finish.
