• Nose: The nose is vegetal, earthy, spicy, and sweet.  There are aromas of freshly cut pumpkin, dark chocolate, cocoa, nutmeg, cinammon, cloves, cookie dough, and soft caramel.
• Taste: The taste follows the nose with lots of freshly baked pumpkin chocolate chip cookie flavor.  There are notes of pumpkin, spice cake, dark chocolate, cinammon, nutmeg, caramel, and a hint of spicy booze.
