Hey there rockers, rollers, and craft beer lovers!  Happy Saturday!  The Meista here rocking the hell out with a tasty and crisp Oktoberfest Bier from SaltFire Brewing Company in collaboration with the St. Regis Deer Valley and the kickass "Send Her To Me (Demos)", the newly released 1983-84 demos compilation by the mighty Autograph!  Hell yeah!

• Pour: The Oktoberfest Bier pours a clear, golden yellow color with a frothy, 1+ finger, bright white head with great retention and lots of sudsy, soapy lacing.
• Nose: The nose is characterized by malty, grainy, floral, and slightly fruity aromas.  There are notes of floral and noble hops, toasted bread, crackery biscuit, lemon zest, a hint of stone fruit, and a hint of honey.
• Taste: The taste of the SaltFire Oktoberfest Bier is a delicious and crushable blend of grainy, slightly fruity, and malty flavors.  There are notes of crackery biscuit, toasted grains, floral and noble hops, a hint of apricot, lemon zest, and a splash of honey.
• Mouthfeel: Light to medium-bodied and well carbonated, the mouthfeel is very crisp and smooth with a very dry, clean finish.
