• Pour: The Funky Beer pours a hazy and dark hue with a thin, white, bubbly head that dissipates quickly and leaves virtually no head.
• Nose: The nose is fruity, tart, sweet.  There are aromas of lemon, plum, black cherry, apple cider vinegar, and  along with Brett, wet leather, horse blanket, toffee, and a hint of organic honey and booze.
• Taste: The taste of the Funky Beer is tart, and very funky.  There are notes of tart plum, lemon juice, black cherry juice, booze, and barnyard funk.  
• Mouthfeel: Medium to full-bodied and well-carbonated, the mouthfeel of the Funky Beer is tart, spritzy, and crisp with a lip-puckering sour and dry finish.

Overall pairing: The complexity, boldness, tartness, and funky punch of Talisman's Funky Beer is absolutely spot-on perfect for pairing with the funky rhythms and grooves of Funkadelic's wonderful "Hardcore Jollies"!  'Nuff said!
